Articles of Tact is based in Philadelphia and is a creative project fabricated by Kristina Price. She is a multidisciplinary artist who grew up in WV and loves craft. As a maker, she often practices printmaking, photography, drawing, and ceramics in addition to tufting. In 2019 Articles of Tact softly launched and has been evolving ever since.
Her inspiration comes from everyday patterns and shapes. Plants in particular are especially compelling; they are usually always changing, whether it's in a state of growth or decay. The fun is all in looking at things, living or object, as they are in their original material and form, and noticing what they hold that gives us
their context.
